Important Update for Android Users of TruBank's Mobile App

TruBank has made recent updates to our Android mobile banking app effective November 24, 2025, to ensure seamless mobile banking transactions and improve security.
What Android users need to do:
- Please make sure your TruBank mobile app is running the latest version. This can be accomplished by going to the Google Play Store and updating or ensure your phone is setup to automatically update for you. Instructions for both options are listed below.
- If you use Biometric Login and have updated to the latest app version, please re-enroll your Face ID or fingerprint. Reminder of how to enable these features are provided below.
- If prompted, update your TruBank mobile banking app password to meet the NEW 15 character length requirement.

Google Play Store app update instructions:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your phone.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Manage apps & device.
- Go to the “Updates available” section within the Manage tab option.
- Tap “Update” button next to the TruBank mobile app.
Automatic Android phone update:
Automatic updates are performed when the following conditions are met:
- The device is connected to Wi-Fi.
- The device is charging.
- The device is idle.
- The app is not currently open and in use.
Biometric Re-enrollment:
- Login to the updated TruBank mobile banking app.
- Click the top left menu icon.
- Select the Settings option.
- Enable the 'Use Biometric Authentication’ option.
